Thank you for using the Sync Basalam plugin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the plugin, which enables integration between your WooCommerce store and the Basalam marketplace (https://basalam.com).

1. Plugin Purpose

Sync Basalam allows WooCommerce store owners to synchronize their products and orders with their Basalam vendor account using APIs provided by Basalam.

2. Use of External Services

This plugin connects to the following external APIs hosted by Basalam:

• developers.basalam.com
• core.basalam.com
• order-processing.basalam.com
• categorydetection.basalam.com
• revision.basalam.com
• integration.basalam.com
• uploadio.basalam.com

3. User Responsibilities

• Ensure your Basalam vendor credentials are valid and kept secure
• Manage which products are synced through plugin settings
• Comply with Basalam’s own terms and privacy policies

4. Data Transmission

Only essential data is transmitted to Basalam, such as product and order information. No data is transmitted until you explicitly connect the plugin.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the plugin for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to reselling access or abusing the Basalam APIs.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the plugin if we detect abuse, violations of these terms, or security concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

This plugin is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, sync errors, or disruptions caused by API failures or incorrect configuration.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
